Gliding in Southern Utah is second to none. Parowan is uniquely situated to offer any soaring pilot, may that be Paragliding, Hang Gliding or Gliding with a Sail Plane -- anything he desires.

- For the recreational soaring pilot, Utah offers some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Soar over Bryce Canyon -- the colorful geological formations will astound you.

- If achieving badges or breaking a record is your goal, Parowan is the place to go.

Our tow planes are a Maule 235C (full time) and a Cessna 150/150 HP. In addition, Jeff Campbell from Telluride CO will be here frequently during the summer to add extra tug capacity for large groups. It is important that group "honchos" notify us of updated numbers so that we can have sufficient number of tugs.

Parowan Airport Rates and Fees:

• Aero Tows: Hook up and tow to 1000' $35.00 and 1.50 per 100' after 1000'
• Aerial Retrieves: $160.00 Per Tach Hour
• Tie Down: $3.00 Per Night
• Camping on the Field: $5.00 Per Night $15.00 Per Night with Electric Hook-Up (25 Amp Service)
• Oxygen (19 cu ft): $1.50 Per 100 PSI at the Hangar Station, $1.75 Per 100 PSI from the Mobile Station (8:00 to 10:30 AM), $10.00 Minimum Charge
• Very High Pressure Oxygen: $2.00 Per 100 PSI (up to 3400 PSI). Available only at the Hangar Station
• Parowan Aero Services Labor Rate: $68.00 Per Hour
• State Sales Tax of 6% must be applied to Aero Tows, Oxygen, Labor, and Supplies.
