Gliding in
Southern Utah is second to none. Parowan is uniquely situated to offer any
soaring pilot, may that be Paragliding, Hang Gliding or Gliding with a Sail
Plane -- anything he desires.
- For the
recreational soaring pilot, Utah offers some of the most beautiful scenery
in the world. Soar over Bryce Canyon -- the colorful geological formations
will astound you.
- If achieving
badges or breaking a record is your goal, Parowan is the place to go.
After a
day of flying, our new and improved facilities offer the ground crew,
and the pilots a great place to relax and tell stories: "There I was..."
Our tow
plane is a Grumann AG-Cat, which will tow you to the first thermal in
a few minutes.

Towing
Cost:
- A standard
tow is 2,000 feet, just a bid above Valentine Peak. Additional altitude
is available at $0.85 per 100 feet.
Additional
prices:
- Oxygen,
for a 22 Cu. ft bottle we charge $1.00 per 100 psi
(other bottle
prices available upon request)
- Barograph
and data logger are available upon request.
